- Cinch grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software.
- The number of allowed devices depends on the license you purchased.
- The software remains owned by Cinch Solutions and its licensors.
2Activation and validation
- The software may require activation with a license key and purchase email.
- License validation may use a machine identifier or hardware fingerprint to prevent abuse.
- Reasonable offline use may be supported, but some validation or metadata features require internet access.
3Restrictions
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the software.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where law expressly allows.
- Do not bypass activation, license checks, or technical protection measures.
- Do not use the software in ways that violate copyright or other applicable laws.
4Updates, warranty, and termination
- Updates may be provided at Cinch Solutions discretion and may change features, compatibility, or behavior.
- The software is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law.
- Your license may be terminated if you materially violate the EULA.
- After termination, you must stop using and uninstall the software.
